When an American academic caused international outrage by mispronouncing Australia’s national bird, then insisted he was right about it, Tourism Australia decided that something needed to be done. Within ten hours, EE-MOO SAYS was born.
It's an interactive tool that butchers the pronunciation of everything Americans hold dear. It wasn’t long before the offending academic saw the error in his ways and apologised.
